Work With Me
Practical, compassionate telehealth psychology for people navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm and the challenges that come with trying to hold everything together.

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from a little support.
Sometimes life simply becomes busy, stressful or more difficult to navigate than usual, and having someone to talk things through with can help.
As a registered psychologist with more than 30 years' experience, I offer practical, down-to-earth psychological support to help you better understand what's happening, work through life's challenges and make positive changes that feel right for you.

Psychology that fits into your life
My psychology practice is entirely telehealth-based with appointments available by video or phone.
Getting psychological support shouldn't mean adding more stress to an already busy life.
Telehealth allows you to attend appointments from a private, comfortable space that works for you, without the time and hassle of travelling to a clinic.
Whether you prefer to connect by video or simply pick up the phone, you can choose the option that feels most comfortable for you.
Fees, Rebates & Funding Options
Standard 50-minute consultation — $250
Depending on your individual circumstances, you may be eligible for a Medicare or private health insurance rebate, or have your psychology sessions funded through NDIS or WorkCover Queensland.
Medicare
Medicare rebates may be available for eligible clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from their GP or another eligible referrer.
Private Health Insurance
You may be able to claim a rebate through your private health insurer if psychology is included in your level of cover. Please check with your insurer to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount.
NDIS
Psychology services are available to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants where psychology is included within their NDIS funding.
WorkCover Queensland
If you have lodged a WorkCover claim for a work-related psychological injury, you may be able to access psychology sessions while your claim is still being assessed. You do not necessarily need to wait for your claim to be approved before commencing treatment.
Payment
Payment for private consultations is required in full at the time of your appointment. Medicare and private health insurance rebates are not processed on your behalf, so you will need to submit any applicable rebate claims directly.
Cancellations
I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than this notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Eligibility, rebates and funding arrangements vary. If you're unsure about your eligibility, please check with the relevant funding body or insurer before your appointment.
Not sure if I'm the right psychologist for you?
You're very welcome to get in touch before booking. I offer a brief 5–10 minute phone chat to hear a little about what you're looking for support with, answer any questions about my services and help you decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
This is a brief introductory conversation rather than a counselling or psychology session.
You can contact me through my Contact page or call me on 0437 737 904.

Ready to make an appointment?
Appointments are generally available Tuesday to Thursday between 9:00am and 3pm, via video or phone.
A limited number of appointments outside these hours may be available.
To arrange an appointment, you're welcome to get in touch by email, text or phone. If I'm unable to answer your call, please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
