Life Changes, Relationships & Loss

Finding your way when life doesn’t look quite the way you thought it would.

Sometimes change arrives suddenly.

The loss of someone we love, the end of a relationship, a change in our health or an unexpected shift in work or finances. Other times it happens so gradually that we barely notice until we look around and realise that life simply doesn't feel quite the same anymore.

Children grow up, parents get older, relationships and friendships change, careers take unexpected turns and different stages of life ask us to adjust to new roles and new versions of what we thought our future might look like. Even changes we've chosen, or ones we've been looking forward to, can bring surprisingly mixed emotions.

Finding your way through change isn't about rushing to move on or having the next chapter figured out. Sometimes it's about understanding what you're experiencing, giving yourself time to adjust and slowly finding your footing in the life you have now.

Explore the resources below for psychology-based information and gentle, practical support for navigating life's changes, relationships and losses.
