Stress & Anxiety

Stress and anxiety are a normal part of being human, but sometimes it can start taking up far more space in our lives than we'd like.

Maybe your mind is constantly running ahead, thinking about what needs to be done next or what could possibly go wrong. Perhaps you find it difficult to switch off even when you finally have time to rest, or you've simply been carrying so much for so long that feeling tense, tired and overwhelmed has started to feel normal.

The good news is that understanding what's happening in your mind and body can make things feel a little less overwhelming and feeling calmer doesn't necessarily require completely changing your life. Sometimes it starts with understanding your patterns and making a few small changes that help you find a little more breathing room.

Explore the resources below to learn more about stress and anxiety, what may be keeping you feeling stuck on high alert, what can help, and practical ways to find more moments of calm in everyday life.
